SHIPPING POLICY
We offer free standard shipping to the US on all orders.
For some remote areas such as Hawaii, we will charge partial shipping fees based on the product's weight.
All US orders are shipped using USPS or UPS or Amazon Logistics. International shipping options may vary depending on foreign policies/regulations.
After your order is placed, we do our best to have it ready to ship within 1-3 business days(excluding weekends and holidays) with a tracking number provided. The package will arrive at your receiving address within 3-5 days.
RETURN POLICY
We accept returns for defective products only.If you purchased your item through Camojojo website,
You have the right to request a return within 30 days after placing an order and we cover the shipping cost.
After 30 days, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Thank you!

EXCHANGE POLICY
If you discover any quality or functionality issues with the product after receiving it, please contact our support team to explain the specific problem. We will replace the product with a new one based on the actual situation. You will be responsible for the shipping cost when returning the problematic product to the designated address. However, we will provide free shipping for the replacement product. Thank you!
Please note: Since the address of our delivery warehouse is different from that of the return warehouse, if you return the package without our consent, we will not agree to refund processing, please understand the return policy, thank you!

HOW TO CHECK MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
