3. Prepare a package to return to Camojojo. Most often you will only need to send your camera. Any accessories received by Camojojo cannot be returned.
4. It is recommended that you ship your package in a traceable manner. If we do not have a record of receiving your product, you will be asked to provide tracking details. Camojojo will not be responsible for any products that we do not have a record of receiving.
5. Please include your copy of the receipt(If you buy on website, you will receive a order confirmation email), a clearly written explanation of the problem, and your RMA form. If you are asked to send in your device, please include a COPY of the receipt and keep the original for your records.
6. Write your RMA number on the outside of the box and send to Camojojo.
