General Rules

• Unredeemed packages are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase. 

Promotion Rules:

• Each account can purchase multiple Seasonal Packages, but each device can only redeem one Seasonal Package.
• After purchase, please redeem your package benefits using your order number.
• Redemption must be completed within 90 days of purchase.Once activated, your subscription is valid for 180 days.
• Once the Seasonal Package has been redeemed, it is non-refundable.
• This promotion is currently available to US users only. Purchases from other regions are not supported at this time.
• Good to know: If your current plan expires in <90 days, redeem this voucher near its expiry. This avoids service overlap and ensures you receive the full 180 days of benefits.

Subscription Activation

• Your subscription can be activated 2 days after your order is placed.Click here

• Each device is limited to redeeming one seasonal pass.
• Purchase now, activate anytime within 90 days.Redemption is non-refundable after completion.
• Once activated, your subscription is valid for 6 months.
• No auto-renewal. Your plan ends clean after 6 months.
• Works on any camera in your account — new or existing.

Step 1

Visit the Data Plan page, then log in with your app account using your username/email and password.

Step 2

Enter the order number from your purchase and click Redeem.
If the redemption is successful, you'll see a message on the page.
After exchanging, remember to open the app, cick use, see Step 3 for details.

Step 3

Open the Camojojo app, tap your profile icon in the upper left corner, then tap "Vouchers & Coupons" to find the code.
Click "Use it" and select the camera you want to use it with.
